Teen charged in shooting death of younger brother

A 14-year-old boy has been charged in the fatal shooting of his 9-year-old brother inside the family’s home in Mattapan.

Boston Police Commissioner William Evans spoke at the scene of the fatal shooting as Mayor Martin Walsh (right) looked on.
