Cold could hamper Thursday morning commute

The Thursday morning commute in the Boston area is expected to be frigid, with wind chills possibly reaching between 10 and 20 below zero, forecasters said.

Temperatures were well below zero throughout the upper Midwest, setting records and disrupting the lives of millions of people.
