Prosecutors said a judge?s planned jury instructions may force them to drop extortion charges against two officials accused of strong-arming music festival organizers.

Representative Mike Capuano, a Somerville Democrat, faces a primary challenge from Boston City Councilor Ayanna Pressley.

Capuano faces a major challenge from Pressley. And Warren, Markey aren?t endorsing him.

The senators and two members of the state?s usually unified delegation aren?t backing Michael Capuano in his primary fight against Ayanna Pressley.
