Woman dies after stabbing at Winchester Public Library

Two people were stabbed at the Winchester Public Library on Saturday morning, and a man was arrested.

A Winchester man is in custody after allegedly stabbing a 22-year-old woman and a man who tried to help her, authorities said. The woman died from her injuries.
