?The scariest thing I?ve ever seen?

That?s what one witness said after watching a car plow into a group of counterprotesters, killing a 32-year-old woman. A 20-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder. A State Police helicopter responding to the scene also crashed, killing two troopers.
