Mass. budget adds fees to cover health

State lawmakers on Friday approved an annual budget that imposes new fees on businesses to help pay the state?s ever-rising health care costs.

The Mass. Legislature passed a $40.2 billion operating budget for the fiscal year that started last Saturday.
